Refund Policy

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns of bows at this time.  If your product is damaged upon receipt, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us and we are happy to work with you. Please visit our FAQ's page or email us at hello@shopdearmae.com.  

Subscriptions are only refunded 4 days after the charge is incurred. After that, any cancellation will start the next month.
